One to One Coaching is quickest and safest way to reach your fitness goals.

  • Training for entry into / advancing career in the military, fire brigade or police
  • Training for a physical challenge like a marathon or powerlifting competition
  • In need rehabilitation from an injury or recovering from illness

    If the answer to any of the above is yes, then one to one coaching is for you. You will receive expert exercise and nutrition coaching, assessments and progress reviews, as well as online exercise and nutrition programming, advice and support.

  • Terms & Conditions

    This membership bills every month. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
